Tips kurus: Hati-hati dengan si kuning tu

Siapa si kuning tu? Si telur kuning la.

Telur kuning mengandungi kalestrol yang sangat tinggi (tak sihat ni) dan mengandungi 3 kali ganda kalori berbanding telur putih ( remember, it's all about calorie!).

If you eat more calorie, you need more effort to burn it. High calorie food does not promise you a full stomach. Makan telur je tak kenyang sangat kan? Tapi untuk bakar kalori sebanyak itu, kita perlu jog beberapa kilometer. Pheww!

So, next time you are going for egg, make sure that the white egg gets all the love :)
